I am trying to run a corporation and i need help i nned to know like what kind of people do i nned to run a legal corporation or organization like board member, administor ect. please help!!!!

It will probably depend on the state you are trying to incorporate in, but you will most likely need at least 2 officers to form the corporation. An alternative would be to form an LLC (limited liability corp).

Take courses that have Internet classes or attend a community college especially business and most crucial of all do not neglect Business Calculus so that you do not get lost in number crunching meetings. They can be a mind numbing and overwhelming experience. I had one when I was the Chief Financial Officer,C.F.O., so how ironic is that? I beg of you! Please do not become another Samuel Robson Walton who has fall men like Thomas M. "Tom" Coughlin {A Protege of Samuel Moore Walton} and enlists Wal-Mart to any global organizations such as environmental movements,charities along with others too numerous to write. S Rob Walton is the master of disguising his addiction to power and wealth and the blood and life of his slave gosh darn it! I meant "employees" gee willakers I really mean associates. Wal-Mart has spies fiddle sticks I meant concerned associates surfing the web and keeping an eye on fellow associates of their own free will and if they are lucky enough they will be promoted.
