You can't, thats not how its supposed to work. You can't forget about people you have been really intimite with. The reason why cheating is painful is because your partner knows how deeply connected two people become once they share that level of intimacy. All you can do is recommit yourself and allow time to pass. The memory will fade over the coming weeks and months and years, and you will establish yourself once again as a person who can stand by their promises. Good luck.

B/c you love the one your with? or b/c the "mister" is married? No matter, I suppose, you wish to forget him? Stop ALL contact! I mean ALL. If this person works with you, ask to be transferred to a diff dept. If it's a cheap job anyways, quit & get a diff cheap job. If it's b/c u love the one your with, do all the above but add surprise into your relationship by starting all the things u two use to do together. In other words, court the one your with...again. Tell him you need those sweet things returned. I hope this works! Good luck!

You cannot forget that is the problem with affairs, they can ruin your life, great at the time but in the end its all heartbreak. You should forget in time but you must try harder with your husband now so it does not happen again. If you cannot work it out with him then try to get out of your marriage as life is too short to be unhappy. Good luck.
