There's no "best" school if you want to be a doctor. There are high ranked ones, but it doesn't make them best. There are all sorts of doctors, and it's all about what residencies you get more than what medical school you went to.
If you want to look at rankings, these are popular in the states:

Undergraduate schools really don't matter. You have to perform very well wherever you go and express leadership ability and volunteer work is a must (they want you to show compassion). According to US News & World Report magazine April 10, 2006, The top Medical schools are as follows starting with top rank:
Harvard University
Johns Hopkins University
University of Pennsylvania
University of California-San Francisco
Washington University in St. Louis
Duke University
Stanford University
University of Washington
Yale University
Baylor College of Medicine
Columbia U. Col. of Physicians and Surgeons
University of California-Las Angeles
University of Michigan-Ann Arbor
University of California-San Diego
Cornell University
University of Pittsburg
University of Chicago
Vanderbilt University
University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center-Dallas
Northwestern University
University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill
Case Western Reserve University
Mayo Medical School
University of Alabama-Birmingham
University of Virginia
If that's not enough I have more...25 more to be exact.
