what brand of eyeliner should i use??
thats:
budge-poof
and waterpoof
and it will show up when i put it on besides the color black

where can i find black eyeshadow??
and maybe some crisom red

id choose a liquid eyeliner because they don't budge and have a really striking effect.
I don't know bout the eyeshadow but be careful not to look like someones given you a black eye.

Actually Avon has some smudge/water proof eyeliners. Depending on your skin tone a dark brown could do you justice or even a navy blue. Eyeliners can come in an array of colors depending on the manufacturer. MAC and Yves St. Lauraient have good ones if u wanna spend that type of money.

Eyeshadow: Mac/Mary Kay/Avon/Fashion Fare/Iman/Revlon and almost every makeup dealer I can think of offers black eyeshadow. Go to your local dept store or even a walmart! You may even be able to find one for a couple bucks by Wet N Wild (Walmart, Walgreens, Rite Aide, Dollar General). If they don't offer it in a powder it is probably available in cream pencil form. So you'll have to basically "color" ur eyelid and use ur finger or applicater to smudge it around.
