honey don't take it to heart, I have had friendships with Taurus males, they are slow and methodical, everything is well thought out.
That's why people say they are the reliable sign, they always come through. It doesn't mean he doesn't like you, more than likely he was catching up with friends, working and doing his thing but they aren't the cold no show types.
If he says he likes you, trust me he likes you or he wouldn't call....they don't waste time on people that they don't click with.

Im a taurus female... sometimes we taurus people like to be left alone, it does not have to mean anything bad, we just like to take a time out to relax or do some thinking thats al. So you may not worry if he doesn't call you in more than 2 weeks then it maybe a bad news. Good luck

Taurus is very slow and methodical. It doesn't mean anything other than he is not ready to move on. He may have just gotten busy. He may contact you again and you should act like nothing happened. There is no reason why you can't contact him. Once you do, listen carefully to pick up on how he feels. If he is happy to hear from you, you will know. Don't pressure him, but don't feel like you need to avoid him either. As a Taurus, sometimes I just don't notice things until they happen repeatedly, so it doesn't hurt to "chase" a bit as long as there is no pressure to settle down.
I think it's safe to assume he's not over you. Don't expect him to swoon though, ever. When you have him for good, you will know.

he's thinking don't preasure him leave him be when he's made up his mind he will come "charging" after you. They are a bit shy too don't put any preasure on him.
