okay, those pore strips (the strpis you put on your nose to clean out your nose) okay, how often do you use them? i used one this morning...when's the nest time i should use one?

I have only personally used these once, but this is what I have heard about it: use one each day for 3-4 days to get everything out of your pores, then go for once a week (and only more frequently if you really need it).

You can use them until your nose turns red if you want. But i recommend that you don't do it every night, because if they are used to often they can dry out the surface of your nose, and it will get all flaky and irritated!!!

I think you should use them everyday until your nose is clear.
