I haven't but my dad said he did when he was in the ER. He was having a heart attack at that time. He said he was in the top corner of the room looking down at his body and the doctors. Then he just woke up back on the table as if someone pushed him back in his body. Pretty weird huh?

yeah, one time i nearly died, not really a floating kind of feeling, it's like the room was huge, and i was looking down and to the side from 50 feet away.
