It's not exactly a cheat, it's more of a hack, since you actually need to download a decoder and apply it to the game. This violates the end-user agreement, an issue that you don't hear brought up often. If you really want to see the hot coffee thing, just run a search for it on video. There isn't much to see, and it really isn't worth your time.

If you must do it in game, then you should be able to download the hack from a gaming site. It only works in older versions of the game, since Rockstar since took it out.
