For me, yes.
My glans is highly sensitive when dry, but relatively insensitive when well lubricated. However, at the same time, I needed a lot of stimulation to lubricate it. Otherwise, it was very painful when I inserted and we were both dry.
I know all that sounds like a big HUH? I can't think of a better way to say it.
For my wife, no. She never complained unless we were both dry.

Yes! I've had rather positive experiences with men who have not been circumsized. From what I understand, the foreskin stimulates that elusive "G" spot in females. So, I'm all for it! (just keep it clean...)
