Everyone gets depressed sometimes. Its completely normal, especially at this time of year when its all gloomy and dark outside. Write a list of all the great things you have to be happy about in your life, think of fun times you've had, listen to some kick-*** music and dance around in your room, pull stupid faces at yourself in the mirror, do a dumb impression, do the silliest dance you've ever done in the mirror, wink at yourself, force yourself to smile for 5 mins-and time it, do a crazy made-up laugh until you begin to laugh at the stupidity of it, jump up and down on your bed, spin round and round, think of a funny story someone told you, think about people who are far worse off than yourself, enjoy your youth, forget about the arguments or resolve them, think of compliments people have given to you in the past, remember how great it is to be alive, tell yourself you are going to be very very very happy, feel strong and positive. If none of this helps, do it all again and you'll be smiling soon!

The best thing is to go out for a walk or do some exercise as it releases happy cells! Then make yourself a fruit smootie and bag of popcorn while watching a funny film. If you are a girl, chocolate will make you feel better for a very short period but when you see you have eaten the whole bar you go back to being depressed!

This is a known fact! Even though you do not have energy, you need to go out and be physically active. That always lowers your percentage of depression. Go out with a friend and play a sport, and just go for a walk. The worst thing to do is stick around at home, where the fights took place! Believe me...

stop beating urself up , yous are sister s , its what sisters do , what happened last time you argued? what will happen next time?, do something you like doing, or go jogging, write a poem, write an essay on your feelings get them out of you and on to paper (then destroy the paper the feelings will be gone , and there will be no evidence left to reopen this sore at a later date), go to jokes and riddles section on here, once youve improved your own feelings get hold oif your sisters and talk and help them resolve theirs, (they feel the same you know) promise each other to live in harmony and do each others make up etc (til next time then do it all again), start a laugh a real belly laugh you dont feel like laughing but give it a go the hormones this produces will make you feel happier anyway, failing all the above go out to ur local health food/herbalist and buy some rescue remedy (bachs essential flower oils) this is a great little thing to have along with you i alsways carry a phial in my pocket, it keeps your spirits up makes u feel happier , more able to relax and gives u confidence, besides i know by time you read this u and ur sisters will be talking again and you will be feeling better and regretting asking , but even though i know this im happy to reply as i get two points each time i do :) thanks good luck

focus on the positives! How long have you known your sisters? Do you argue all the time or do you have lots of fun too? Are they good friends mostly? Do you love them to bits? It's fine to disagree. You can not like the way someone behaves, but still love them. Think about the good times and let your imagination get carried away with really being there again - it works!

Make up with your sisters. Do something you enjoy doing. Call a friend for a chat. Eat some chocolate. Think nice thoughts, and think of those less fortunate than yourself for whatever reason. Go for a walk. Do something nice for someone else. The list is endless. Hope something works.

I know this will sound annoying, but do some kind of exercise. Even if it's just dancing like a spastic to your favourite music. It will make you feel better.
