I want to start a fansite for someone...?

I want to start a fansite for my favorite person on a reality TV show, are there any legal matters I need to know about? The person is on an MTV show if that matters

No legal issues with it really. Just make sure and title your website "The Unofficial Source" or something like that. And don't print anything that isn't true and you should be fine.
