I just got my nails done, manicure and paint, a few days ago. They have the french tips with a flower, but thats beside the point. They are already chipping, i play tennis and its difficult for me to keep them from chipping.
Is there anything i can to do to make them stay longer aside from getting acrylics

If you all ways go and have your nails done you could just have them put paint clear gel over the top of your nail polish, it will keep them from chipping. You wouldn't have to have acrylics done.

This isn't acrylics but some thing similar. Only instead of going with a set of nails you will have your own and just have a light coating of the gel over the polish. The shine will last longer and you won't have chipping.

I know this may sound strange but when i go to get my nails done i take my own nail polish. I love Chanel. But OPI is pretty good too. Always use base coat and then polish (colour) and then a top coat

Make sure that you get all the oils off of your nails before you apply any polish. My manicurist usually runs a cotton ball soaked with nail polish remover before she applies the base coat. Also make sure that they or you are using a good base coat and top coat. the base coat helps the polish adhere to your nail and the top coat protects it. Hope this helps.

Ask the manicurist to let the paint completely dry between coats it should help. There are a few products that can help too, look for them at your local drugstore.
