go to your Recycle Bin, right-click the script, and select Restore.

You have not deleted javascript. Javascript is a scripting language used in some web sites.
You may have deleted your Java application. In that case go here to reinstall it: http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp

try this right click internet explorer, click properties, then click advanced, go to java script and check mark the box, click ok.

retrieve it from reycle bin then reinstall. failing that down load and install
