The destructive view of global warming is blown way out of proportion. It is nothing more than a scare tactic to get money from big companies. I do believe global warming is happening, but it is a natural thing. It has more to do with the sun's activities than man. The leading "experts" were so sure that we were heading into an ice age in the 1970's. This is nothing more than alarmist BS designed to fuel a new industry. The article you posted just goes to show the extremes these nuts will go to. It is elitist BS. Look at all the private planes Al Gore has taken all over the world to present his drivel. He could have done the same thing via a web conference and cost a lot less in emissions. They tell you to be green, but I do not see them being green. The only thing I see is them lining their own pockets. Furthermore, MT. St. Helens released more greenhouse gases in 1 eruption than all cars combined since they were invented.

I'm sorry to convey information into this merely emotional dialogue, however Al Gore is right. The World Health Organization estimates that proper now international warming is repsonsible for a hundred and fifty,000 deaths according to 12 months. This isn't a liberal institution. Terrorist assaults are in charge for 15,000 deaths according to 12 months, international. That's a aspect of 10 reduce, due to the fact that I'm guessing you might have a few issues with the math. Since you convey up nine/eleven, despite the fact that we acquired stuck with our pants down, handiest two,752 Ameriacns have been killed. Hurricane Katrina on my own was once in charge for almost that many deaths. But I realize you can forget about the technology, information, and records and decide upon a few irrational emotional argument approximately how terrorism is such a lot the better risk, on the grounds that that is how conservatives most often paintings. Go forward, turn out my factor for me.

Funny, there is never a story like this when the googoos have global warming conferences and fly by the thousands to some city or other, burning jet fuel, limo fuel, heating oil, restaurant grease and whatever other other resources that are used up to accomodate them on their junkets.

Another reason to doubt these people - Al Gore was a featured speaker last year at the Wealth Expo in San Francisco. The topic of his talk was how you can profit from global warming. So said the full page ad in the SF Chronical.

Yes! I don't believe puny humans can do anything to warm the earth. The sun is the cause of the heat, and a few volcanoes. Ask someone in Minot North Dakota what they think of global warming. I wish it would get warmer! I hate cold! I live in Virginia, and it is cold here from Oct. until April. That's seven months of cold. Then we have a great summer. We only have winter and summer anymore.

The Lefties are running this global warming thing into the ground just like they do with everything else.
They are astoundingly ignorant for being such elitists.

EDIT: Actually have the global warming morons ever considered the BENEFITS of g.w.? I doubt it, because it would render their caterwauling as pointless as their agenda.

God, that just sounds stupid! But I don't know what to think about global warming anymore because of all the mixed opinions. The proof that it is real is good-- but the proof that it is fake is easier to believe, because I don't want to believe that the world is ending. It's just sad that I don't know whether we're all going to die or not!! But the chocolate thing, and the flowers thing, I just say, Awww, come on!!!!!

global warming could be the best thing that ever happened to the world.....
mass extinctions...
desertification around the world except the polar regions...
people dying by the billions....
everntually the last remaining survivors will eek out an existence until everyone dies out and the earth is left in ruins.
(makes you really wonder what actually happened to MARS)

Earth is our home so we need to do our best to protect it. Global warming is a serious problem though. Jehovah God is our only hope. God says in the Bible that he will bring to ruin those ruining the earth.

what is your problem with this
is it not obvious
heating twenty thousand acres of glass houses [guestimate]
just to grow flowers is crazy
think what this costs in generating capacity when the sun can do it for free this effoert is like leaving your car running in your garrage while you walk to work to pretend you are doing the right thing
previous reports say they cant afford the cost of labour even ,they needed to import africans to pick the flowers
is it that we cant even give for people to give a chance to our earth growing hotter not to generate the extra warming of hot houses
are we a part of nature or saying to mother nature we [man ]knows better
lok at our ice caps they are melting ,but happy lovers day as we destroy the mother .
im dutch and i think its stupid , but i cant vote on it ,but i can bet that its plain foolish to keep doing it the wrong way because i have the right.
