Hello, I am about to try this home remedy for acne. I heard that when you add warm water to a few asprin pills and make a paste out of it and leave it on your face like a mask it will stop inflamation on the skin helping to prevent and treat pimples. Have you tried it or known somebody else who has tried it? Did it work??

It is quite possible. I have used something similar for other skin problems. With success. Aspirin is basically made of Acetic Acid (Vinegar), and Salicylic Acid. Salicylic Acid is found in many leading brands of skin ointments.
Using what you describe, should be used moderately.

aspirin(salicylic acid) has a local keratolytic, antiseptic actions so it will do the job but will leave your skin very dry so i don't recommend it
