i have been on the pill for 3 1/2 years and i had sex 4 months ago in the pill leaflet it says in your 7 pill free days u dont have to take any other precautions but the sensible person i am we did so double dutch as they say what are the chances of getting pregnant? i had a sick feeling not too long after but i think that was fue to the stomach bug going round at the time! i did a preg test bout 3-4 weeks after this was in october and it came out negative and i did another one in end of november/december that was neg to is it just complete paranoia in my head.

Complete paranoia. If you were taking the pills properly, there is no way you're pregnant. That's why the tests said negative.

There's always a chance.
The pill is not 100% effective, sugar pills or not. It's only 97% effective.
A condom is only 97% effective.
Together they are about 99% effective.
You'd still have a 1% chance to concieve however unlikey it may be.

Ahh hun I think you should be ok. I get paranoid like that too! But unless the condom broke, you are probably not pregnant.

most likely your not. your stomach is probably upset cause your worrying about it. and sometimes because you are paranoid you put things in your head and your body reacts to it. but if you really need an answer and cant wait for your period to come, just go see your Dr.

Probably not likely, but as a doctor would put it.. nothing is 100% effective against pregnancy - unless you dont have sex :)
