Yes, you can specify some cell widths in pixels and leave the rest blank. If you have specified a table width, those cells will expand to fill the available space; otherwise, they'll expand to fit content until the table reaches its maximum width.

To archive this all you have to do is set the width of the table to 100% of the page and then set the width of the columns for which you want a specific width. The columns for which you have not set any width will expand to fill the width of the page.

You may want to use two tables, one for the first length and another for the second length. You may even want to put those inside another table.
