Sorry, but no one on here is claiming to be a doctor, just giving advice by experience, the tea bags and cucumbers, sure, go for it. But dont take any supplements without talking to a doctor first. And do you have bags under your eyes or dark circles? those are 2 different things that can be caused and treated by different things. Either way, do some research on your own for a medical cause, maybe webmd.com. If not, and you are really concerned about it, ask your parents to take you to a dermatologist who might be able to give you an actual diagnosis and treatment regiment.

There is not really another way, accept trying those creams that you spend loads on and then don't even work. I no its dissappointing, but why not use make-up?? If you apply make-up correctly you won't be able to see them so whats the big deal? I wear make-up all the time!
Anyway heres how to apply make-up to your under eye.
How to cover dark-circles under eyes:
Take a concealer brush and apply concealer where the discoloration is. Make sure not to apply on your "normal" skintone. If discoloration is very dark, use a yellow concealer.
Next, take your ring finger and in a tapping motion blend the concealer.
Then apply your foundation. I think it is easier to apply the foundation using a foundation brush over the areas where you used concealer. Use a tapping motion as you go over those spots that you just concealed.

You can get rid of your bags under your eyes by putting spoons into the freezer. Leave them in there overnight. Then in the morning take them out and press them against your eyes for about 5-10 minutes. it should get rid of your bags! Glad to help! :)

Well, the main reasons you get bags is because 1) You don't get enough sleep. 2) You are stressed out. 3) You don't eat right.
If you are doing everything right, then the best way to be rid of them is makeup. A heavy concealer should work well. Match your skin color and use it daily.

Could be too much salt. At your age it shouldn't really happen.
I would suggest a physical b/c it could be your thyroid gland. There are thyroid conditions that cause eyes to bulge.
Also Kidney function can affect water retention around the eyes/
Periorbital edema is caused also by medical conditions. If the bags are that bad at your age you need to see a doctor for an evaluation.

lol i just know the makeup way.
If you have bogs which stand out use a darker concealer then your skin and if your bags go inwards then use a lighter concealer.
Just dab it on, not too much.
I don't no if this actually works but i moisturise every night and always make sure i massage around my eye area. I think it's helpt.

A good and cheap thing to do, is put tea bags on your eyes. Just wet them, and let them sit for a little while on a paper towel for about 2 minutes. Then put them on your eyes for about 30 minutes. Enjoy them on during anice bubble bath. Also try cucumbers!!!
