I don't think they do. I think that first, their hatred blinds them to the sheer stupidity of their actions, and second, it makes them feel so much better to drag someone else down. That the person they are dragging down is then less than they are, in their own eyes. If you turn the tables on them, they either get very angry, and argue/leave, or they blow you off, saying you know nothing or are just as bad as whomever they are attempting to degrade.

That's just it. They don't realize how stupid and ignorant they are. That's why they say and do stupid and ignorant things.

my problem is that everyone is portrayed as a racist for the stupidest things....things that are clearly not even racist or prejudiced.
it is easy to spot a true genuine racist...
