Honey I know exactly how you feel.
I was married to someone like that for seven years.
I was tired of telling him things just like that until I was blue in the face.
Needless to say that I am a single mother now and couldn't be happier. I was tired of him weighing me down.
You don't need that. Get out and get you someone that will respect you.

Yeah!!! I know how to get his lazy a** out of the recliner! Walk out the door with all your sh*t! You can do whatever you are doing now in life ON YOUR OWN! Then you can make room for a WORKING MAN! My husband is 25 and has been working long and hard everyday since I have know him. You need someone that is equal to you.

First place he thinks he is cute looking in that mirror and combing that hair, that is worst kind. You didn't say if you work, I guess somebody has to, for him to able to eat. Pack your bags , load up all the groceries to take them with you. Get yourself down to a good Divorce Atty, file for divorce find you a place to live and get rid of his sorry a**. He will never change, he is in love with himself, don't look back just keep moving. You have a sorry husband and you need to find someone that loves you because he loves no one but himself. If you stay then don't complain, because your stuck with lazy , sorry , no good for nothing scumbag that you will support for rest of your life.

lol, be glad he isn't at the bar, addicted to drugs, runnin around with other women...etc. With all that said, LEAVE him. If you love him, don't divorce him, just Move OUT. Get him to go to the store and be moved out by the time he gets back. Leave a note telling him that when he gets a job he can contact you but until then you will be moving out on your own. That he's created so much stress in your life by not doing a dang thing that you need to move forward & if he choses to not get a job to let you know so you may file the neccessary paperwork for divorce. I hope this helps. Good luck!

If the recliner is electric take the fuse out remove the mirror
cut the plug off the TV and with hold sex. Make it clear on a white board what his jobs are and if he does them make him feel good he will work for rewards and eventually for nothing.........
Good luck

I HAD a boyfriend who was like this. We lived together for 4 years and he WOULDN'T WORK nor do a damn thing around the house while I went to school full time and worked. I finally got sick of it and kicked his lazy a@# out!!!!!! Best move I ever made. What do YOU want? If you want to stay with him, then just get out and do for yourself and make the bum have to get up and do something.

Wow, I cannot tolerate a lazy man! You give that man a dose of reality! Make him help you with the work. Have a honey do list for him if you have to go out of the house. Put him to work!

It only took me 28 years to come to the conclusion that ex was just plain lazy and wasn't going to change. Finally divorced after a 3 year custody battle, (because he didn't want to pay child support). You deserve better! Best of luck to you.

you need to sit him down and have a very SERIOUS talk, he may also be suffering from deprssion, please check out anything medically before writing him off. It that comes back clean, then sit him down and talk to him tell him he has 2 choices either he goes to the Dr, and finds out something is wrong and go from there with your supposrt, or you quit trying, and leave him completely alone.
I know it sounds mean but, sometimes you have to get REALLY tough to be taken seriously.
Make sure what ever you decide you will stick too...good luck.
