No, people loose it and go on killing sprees all the time. Like the man in Pennsylvania who killed three people and himself at a board meeting. Both cases are a criminal offense. Just because the man was an Bosnian Muslim doesn't automatically make him a terrorist.

No, I hadn't heard that. But if it's true, I don't know what you could call it other than terrorism. Nevertheless, I'm sure the government will find a way to gloss it over. The last thing either political party wants right now is another act of terrorism on our soil. I'm sure they'll claim he was just a nut-job.
