Make the answer a simple and complete as possible and don't assume I know what you're talking about. LOL I'm not that bright. Anyway, I want to know how you post a website in a message or e-mail to where the reader can just click on it and be taken there. Thank you all.

Most of the time if you just include the entire website address, starting with the "http://www." part, this link (as it's called) will be "clickable" to the viewer. For example, that works when you make posts here on Yahoo Answers. Notice that "yahoo.com" isn't clickable but http://www.yahoo.com is.

However, this doesn't always happen with everybody's email or certain messageboards. Sometimes an email-reading program or messageboard doesn't "know" that you want something beginning with "http://" to be a clickable link, so it leaves it as is. In that case, you can usually use some HTML, which is the programming language for websites. Go to this page to learn how to create a link using HTML:

For some, the simple inclusion of the URL including http://www. at the beginning should work.

http://www.yahoo.com

For some, you require the correct HTML coding, which is as follows

Yahoo!

Oh by the way Javits, love that too. :)

i love that guy that said simple yet he didn't actually create a link -lol

you do need the http:// in front
like
http://www.yahoo.com or whatever address you want to send

if it's a long tedious one then you could just highlight the address and copy it (control+c) then paste it into your email (control+v)
