It usually happens around the 7th week. Every woman is different though. I have 3 children and am pregnant with the 4th, and so far I've only had "morning sickness" with 2 of them. But I got sick in the afternoon and at night, and anytime I was in a vehicle. It can last a few weeks or the entire pregnancy. Saltine crackers and flat soda or ginger ale helped me though. Good luck

Some get it right away, some don't get it at all. I had some with my first pregnancy (which ended in miscarriage) but none at all with my second. An old wives tale is that if you get morning sickness its a girl...if you don't its a boy....I had a boy.

Not everyone gets it! But if they do it's when the HCG levels have risen to a certain point, usually the earliest is 4 weeks pregnant according to LMP (2 weeks gestation)
