ive bought a phone in france and im on the SFR pay as you go network, unfortunately i dont know what the phone number is - and there is no way to find out on the phone (sagem VS4 - yeah old but im only here for 6 months lol) is there a code u can tap in to find the number (e.g. *#100# if on vodafone network). thanks

ring your home number from your mobile then do 1471. or turn your mobile off then on and number may come up on screen.go to the network settings and your numberid may come up on there

Hi there is a code you can put in it all depends on what network you are on. But why dont you just ring someone and then the number will be on there phone and then you can jot it down and put it in your phone as your number.

if you have a home phone call it and press 1471 to get your number or call a friend and ask them to give you your number, you can store it under your own name. sometimes it will be under your contacts list already or in something like organiser.

Try ringing someone elses fone off the new fone. The number should come up on that persons screen! ;-)
