usually employers make you take a drug screen, maybe including an alcohol test or a physical examination. Due to the costliness of a cat scan or eeg, i highly doubt they would waste their money on having those completed as the results from such test should not hinder your qualifications as a good employee.

If you go for a pre-employment medical screening 90% of the time all you will be doing is peeing in a cup.
A few companies require more intensive screening, like blood tests and you writing down your comprehensive medical history. Or they may pull your insurance medical records.
Really doubtful on an expensive test like a cat scan or eeg.

Sounds a little excessive for an employer to require these tests. Are applying to work for the C.I.A. F.B.I. or something like that

If you are using their insurance for a medical condition they may
be able to have you tested for a `pre-existing' condition. to see if you are telling them the truth about when it happened

Nothing but a drug test unless they are supplying you with life insurance.
