i pay $175. amonth for a 2 bed room trailer. rent to own. it was made in 76. the frame is good. when i get it payed off i'm going to move it on my own land. i have 4 months left to pay on it. i'm going to add on to it. i liver in Alabama. i will not tell you what town there are to many crazies out there.

I live in Toledo, Ohio, and my payment for a 35x140 lot, 3 beds, 1 bath, formal living and dining room is $417.00. What you neglected to ask was how much did you have as a down payment. This affects any answers you may get. Plus, how much you wanted to spend.

Redford, MI (just outside Detroit on the west side), our house payment is a 30-year fixed at 5.75% with $124,000 originally financed, house payment is $1,100.00 a month -- but that includes an escrow account for property taxes and homeowners insurance. Without those, it's $730.00 a month.
