Jessica is not the one that owes him money, is Nicky. She took the money to put his son in a Better School. He is Killing people who does him wrong. The fat guy robbed him and Nathan kind of threatened him into giving him a lot of money for the campaign. We don't know who he is but he is very interested in all hero stuff. Casually he had an important painting related to the homecoming and now he have he sword Hiro had on the future. I'm desperate to know who he is....

Jessica was sent to kill the lawyer because DL gave him the $2,000,000 Jessica stole from him and the lawyer never turhed it into to Linderman.
As for Nathan, you do not know what Jessica was told to do with Nathan. Linderman may want her to take the money the jeweler received and give it to Nathan as the bribe Nathan requested or he may want her to sleep with Nathan again. Nothing says she will have to kill him.
And as for why, she told Nicki in the stairwell that she made a deal to get them out of prison. She agreed to do Linderman's bidding.

Because Jessica owes Linderman lots of money.
Linderman only wants to kill people who wronged him, such as that fat guy that took $2million from him and Nathan Petrelli who has some bad history with Linderman.

I don't think we're supossed to know, yet. If we did know, there wouldn't be as much suspense. Jessica's ionly doing it for money, I think, but we don't know why Linderman wants them dead.

Well, he wanted to kill the little fat guy because he stole $2M from him. Other than that, I just think he's crazy, but not stupid. I still believe he has something to do with the whole Heroes thing, that he knows about these people, and this is why he's involved with all their lives.

Because he is owed money. Jessica is doing it for him because he got 'them' out of prison.
