I sooo miss that show. I've seen the entire series several times now and each time I come away with a different favorite character. The first time (when it was originally aired) my favorite was Buffy. When I started to watch the show on DVD, I really started to appreciate Anya. Spike was my favorite another time I watched the series.
My favorites episodes are:
(Season 7) Storyteller. Andrew! What a putz. He was funny though!
(Season 6) Once More With Feeling AKA Buffy The Musical (this is a great CD!)
(Season 5) Dracula. It was only a matter of time. It took them five season but eventually they had to deal with Dracula. Oh yeah and the guy that played him was hot.
(Season 4) Hush. This is the episode that is mostly silent. Dayum those Gentlemen guys freaked me out!
(Season 3) Band Candy. Giles and Buffy's mom (Joyce) are too funny.
(Season 2) Ted. Awww, I loved John Ritter. He was great in this episode.
(Season 1) Nightmares. The Scooby gang were living out their nightmares. Good stuff.

a million. Angel 2. Buffy 3. Buffy and Angel 4. Willow and Tara 5. as quickly as greater with Feeling I enjoyed Spike, and it became interesting to have him fall in love with Buffy, and so on., yet Angel and Buffy had a miles greater romantic love, till the writers had to undercut it with the intention to grant Angel his derivative tutor.

Season 3 because of Faith.
Season 5 because the storyline was really good and there was all that Buffy/Spike UST (unresolved sexual tension).
Season 6 because of Once More with Feeling.
Thank goodness for the DVD box sets!!!

A great show, I loved the season which led up to the high school graduation ceremony--every episode that season was tension-filled, with great character-driven dialogue and action. A great, great year for tv. I actually did NOT like when Buffy hooked up with Spike. Even though he had changed by then, I just couldn't see her hooking up with yet another vampire; it seemed kind of contrived, to me.

I LOVE THAT SHOW!!! I have seasons 1,3,5,6,and 7 on dvd. If you want to know what hapennes with buffy and spike ill tell you! In the last episode of the whole show, "CHOSEN" buffy, xander, spike, faith, anya, willow, giles, and the potentials all go in the cave w/ the ubervamps. At first they kick *** and then buffy gets stabbed, she lives but anya and alot of the potentials die!! Spike dies in the cave too!!!=( When everyone was evacutating the cave, buffy said I love you to spike. Spike said, No, u dont, but thanks for saying it. Then he dies. Wow i just totaly gave the whole how away 4 u but w/e!!!!!=D

I love BTVS. I don't have a favorite season but I hated the Riley episodes, he was so boring. I loved when Buffy & Spike hooked up, now that was some good television!!!!!!

my favorite season is numba 2 because thats when spike comes into it. plus its the valentines where all the girls fall for xander. lol. but i mostly love i think its season 5 or 6 and they sing the whole episode and when buffy goes invisable and has sex with spike and xander walks in and thinks spike is just masterbating. lol. ha.
