town in North West Florida. The town calls itself a Province (what ever that means). My question is: there are only three ISP provider options. Which of these three would you chose if they were your only choices?

1. Satellite internet 5Mg downlaod max.
2. Embarq ISP DSL with 5Mg download max.
3. Cable Internet ISP with 1.5Mg download max.

I'm kinda ticked because they do not allow the highspeed companies like COX or Adelphia (with up to 12Mg download speeds) to operate in our town.

I would suggest 2. Embarq ISP DSL with 5Mg download max.depending on price. Generally the satellite option is the most expensive and least reliable in the bad weather. Don't even waste your time with the 1.5MB option.
