if for valentines day i gave my girlfriend a necklace and i want to do something cute so is this a good idea.
i write a letter and stick those hearts in random places to fill in the blanks

I would personally find it corny and annoying, but some folks really "dig" that kind of stuff.
If that is something she would like the go for it. My partner knows that I find gift cards cute and suprises, but don't make me hunt for them.

Twist it just a bit to get more style,
Instead of using little hearts, use them in the BIGGEST font you can muster, the letter part will be secondary. She'll have to read around all the HUGE HEARTS to get more of the message.

Cute. May I give you a little idea please? With the hearts, have a number written on the back of the heart and a list with the number on it and what you will DO when she gives YOU the heart back? Did that one year and never regretted it!
