I was Squatting last Wednesday for the first time in a while and felt a slight pop in my inner thigh but though it was nothing too serious. Since then I have felt tenderness and a bruise type feeling. It is killing me to walk but I when I run it's not as bad. Any Diagnosis? What should i do to fix it. It never swelled up and there is no bruise there. I know for sure its a muscle injury.

the "pop" you mention leads me to believe it is more likely a tendon issue, a muscle tear would have resulted in swelling and bruising. Apply ice to the thigh for twenty minutes every hour for 24 hours, take Ibuprofen as directed. If not better after one week, see a doctor.

It depends on how high up on your thigh it was. If it was close to your crotch, that sounds like a groin pull. I would try heat for a few days. If it doesn't start to feel better, go to the doctor.

sounds like a pulled groin. Google on that for more info. It'll go away in a week or so. Next time remember to stretch first.

Rest. If you didn't tear anything, it is likely just a strain and it will heal, jsut take it easy for a few days, stay out of the weight room for at least a week.

Holy cow. NO ONE here can give you a diagnosis.

Ridiculous.

You need to see a doctor.
