Does anyone know how to get to the firewall settings.?

I can't sign in to msn because of them. I wanted to upgrade to Beta, and after i did it stopped working. I was unable to sign in. I uninstalled it and now it doesn't work either. The troubleshooter says it's because of the firewall. Help would be highly appreciated.

Control panel - Security Center - Windows Firewall (at the bottom)- Exceptions tab. Make sure MSN is checked

Newer versions of MSN need port 80 to log in. Make sure that this port is open outgoing.
