go to the local pd dept dt houston on washington. You can also go to a uniform shop off 610 and fournace across from the fox26 sports news station.

I don't know if it still there any longer, but down in League City, at 518 and 45, there was a place called Pro Defense ( I think). My cop ex used to buy from them. There is also a police supply place off of Main and 45, don't know if you have to be an officer to purchase.

Tear Gas Spray can be purchased, I don't know where you can get pepper spray in Houston.
