if you have installed the mobile suite that came with the phone then you can use a data cable (also should come with the phone) and just copy the files from your mobile onto your computer using file manager.

or if you have bluetooth on your computer then you can simply send them to your computer as you would to another mobile.

if you are still confused try reading your mobile's instruction booklet and it will explain it to you better then i can

Depends on what type of phone you have mate. If you have bluetooth or a memory card in the phone then those are better options. Otherwise a data cable will be required.

Bluetooth and card readers are typicall easier as they do not require specific software.

did you phone come with a USB cable?
you could also bluethooth or infered it to your PC.

Maybe email them to you?
