I'm supposed to get set up correctly on Friday - but I've already got some pain in my wrist/arm/hand.

Where can I get some good exercises and stretches?

Thanks!

I usually do two main things...

(1) I never rest my wrists on anything - I hover my hands OVER the keyboard area and type in the air. This helps immensely.

(2) When my hands do get tired, I take a break, and do crazy things with my hands and wrists. I flex the fingers out, twiddle them around, stretch them out, pop them, massage them and more. Anything to stretch and flex them into unnatural positions.

I have tendonitis in my wrists, which is a lesser form of carpel tunnel.Just not using it will help the pain.Get a brace, that will keep it immobile.Ice it and take ibuprophen, which will take down the inflamation.Stretching it will not help. The radical way to go,is carpel tunnel surgery, which has an extremely high success rate, and the condition will never return.I have had 2 hand surgerys for trigger finger, and my hands are pain free. The surgery is simple and it works.
