You need either a data cable and Nokia PC Suite, (free) or else a memory card reader for your computer. If you use the memory card reader its as simple as a drag and drop to the card.
Always your buddy in the wireless category.

Nokia PC Suite. You can get it off www.nokia.com.
Just find your phone and then click the software or accessories for it.
