well i have learnt, that to much of it gives a man blisters, (not blindness) i, myself get aching forearms if it last to long!
The robotics can take up too much battery and make too much noise, this can cause some questioning when other people are in the house!
I find a a good mag or DVD can speed up the process if alone, hence avoiding any of the above!

No I prefer the hokey kokey ...that's what it's all about. More hand movement than hand jive or robotics.
