Your team is playing in the WS and gotta get one hit to win...who do you want up to bat? For me it would be Pujols

Is this anybody in HISTORY?

If so, i'd have Ty Cobb, hands down. His lifetime batting average was a ridiculous .367 in a span of 22 years! He's never went lower than .320 a season and has finished batting over .400 3 times. He's even won the triple crown!

For an active player, I'd go with Derek Jeter. He's just clutch in key situations. Nothing against Pujols, who is also a fine hitter, but Jeter has been pressure tested in the big games, and has come through time and time again.

Definitely Albert Pujols. He's a very good hitter and I know a lot of people will say David Ortiz... but Ortiz wasn't as clutch as advertised. Look up his stats with runners in scoring position.

Does that mean that if I don't say Pujols I don't have a chance of getting the 10 points? Well, since I don't agree with you and won't get the points I'll just say Derek Jeter! My all time choice would be Mickey Mantle!!!

Definately Pujols. He can get you a homerun, a walk, or a game winning hit. He also is very smart.

Well I assume you are talking about current players, so I would want Albert Pujols. He has the highest career on base percentage of any current MLB player (I am excluding however Barry Bonds, Todd Helton, and Frank Thomas because they are all past their prime).

Gotta go with Big Papi. He's Mr. Clutch.
