Yes and No. The cheats would then be called hacks. Hacking is against the TOS for Diablo meaning you would get your CD-Key Banned. So then, You wouldn't be able to play Diablo. Also, I am talking about closed since there are 2 different types of Diablo 2 Online. Theres Closed and Open. Closed is one that you can't cheat on and if you do and they catch your you have no CD key. Open is the one where it loads your own characters to play on, Hacked characters or not, they work. If you are referring to closed in your question, then No, Closed is for people who want to play the game right.

yes. but i advise not using them. i got everything stripped from my account and my key code didnt work. i had to buy a new one and start all over. so i say dont use them
but if you do. get bots to level u up. maphack so that u know where everything is. but i advise not to
