Call the police or social services from a pay phone.

When you call tell them you'd like to be Anonymous. I had to call in twice on a family member and did that. Do what is best for the children protect them. The adult should be held accountable for her choices. Good Luck!

Don't call them on a home or cell phone because they can track it. If I were you I would send in a letter explaining the suitation. I think though, they need to have your name to check out a tip. I could be wrong. If they don't just call from a friend's house.
