Yes - along with his report on the game. He has to explain all the yellows and reds too. If the FA question them - then he or she explains in further detail.

He gets off anything he does not see - as he cannot see it!??!! And therefore cant be blamed. He can however be picked up on missing incidents!!

Part of the referee's report, otherwise teams wouldn't get busted for fielding inelligible players.
