Either the Hard Rock or Palms would have a high percentage of under 25 patrons.

The Palms or the Rio seem to be most populated with the 21-22 yr old crowd.

Circus Circus is probably the best. You will kill 2 birds with 1 stone. It's in a good location along the strip where you are right in the middle of the action and your kid will love the atmosphere of games and entertainment. Also, it is the cheapest of all the casinos on the strip ranging between $28-40 a night. You can't beat that deal and Circus Circus is just as nice as any of the casinos. Good luck and have fun!

I'd say that Hooters, Hard Rock, Rio, New York - New York, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Harrah's, TI, Palms, Caesars Palace and Luxor would be the best bets. Only reason is that the club scene is hot at those resorts and the younger crowd loves hanging out and spending time there.
Good luck with that and I hope you enjoy your trip!

Yes, the Palms, Rio, and the Hard Rock would be your best choices. On weekends you might want to check out Mandalay Bay...packed with youth. I have been hearing a lot of buzz about the clubs at the Rio lately.

IMO: The Palms or the Hard Rock - for the most part. Caesars' & TI are more for the 25-29 year olds.

TI (Treasure Island) seems to be marketing themselves to the younger (but not underaged) crowd.
