personally i think they are both good but i think fergie is a better singer becuz she singer more but missy elliot is one of the better rappers...so they are both good just at different things

Missy is definitely the better singer. Don't sleep on her because she raps and produces more now. Go back to Missy Old School. The Album with that rain song. Her range is really incredible. Fergie can sing but truly is no comparison.

Missy is a rapper and hip-hop I have never heard her really sing but her lyrics are funny and really well written
So i'd go with Fergie as the singer

I don't think either of them can sing, persay. Missy Elliot just talks really fast, and not to mention, like a man. Fergie just moans and trys to talk sexy. Neither of them really qualify as singers in my opinion.
