Seal Samuel (born 19 February 1963 in London, England) is a three-time Grammy Award-winning Afro-European soul vocalist and songwriter. He is professionally known only by his first name, Seal.

Born Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel, in London, England, his parents were Adebisi Samuel, a Nigerian immigrant, and Francis Samuel, an African-Brazilian immigrant. A childhood battle with discoid lupus left him with distinctive facial scarring and hair loss. He studied architecture and engineering in school.

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE or lupus) is a chronic autoimmune disease that is potentially debilitating and sometimes fatal as the immune system attacks the body’s cells and tissue, resulting in inflammation and tissue damage. As for his relationship with heidi Klum and other super models, I guess when they say love is blind they are right, or in this case Love is blind and stupid!
On one side you have one of the most beautiful women alive with the most perfect body and on the other hand you have this freak of nature!

The scars on his face are the result of discoid lupus erythematosus. Lupus is any of several diseases, especially systemic lupus erythematosus, that principally affect the skin and joints but often also involve other systems of the body; often characterized by ulcerative lesions that spread over the body.

If Heidi & Seal really love each other & are good to one another, it is a beautiful thing. If you find the person meant for you, you are blessed.

you're gonna want to keep it as clean as possible. Aloe vera is good but I might reccomend neosporin to prevent scarring and infection. Keep it dry during the day and apply the medication at night. Good luck!

Do you really not know. He awoke with them one day after having a dream about his future success in the music industry, in the dream he was apparently given this miracle and the scars were there for him to live with as well. It has been many years since I've known this. Maybe if you look it up on your p.c. you'll find out for yourself. I believed him, he's a beautiful person and talented with a beautiful wife who loves him and beautiful babies.

Seal has a from of Lupus which can effect your skin and other organs and that is how his scars were formed. He was not burned!

Seal and I used to be lovers. The scars are from my finger nails. You should see his back. As far as he and Heidi are concerned-i am happy for them. You see, I left seal years ago, because i took another lover-John Stamos.

he was in a fire along time ago, and his face was burned, and i think its coo that they are together, i mean the guy can pull whomever he wants, he did have tyra banks (before all that hype about her weight kicked in...)
