ok, i'm on God of War ps2 can you help?

Question

i'm at the challenge of hades and cant get past the bit where you jump over the lava in a passage, first bit easy second part driving me nuts!!!!!!!

You have to time your dash across the shifting floor. Clock it, as I say! Observe each shifting tile & find when the time is right. That is the only way you can get across.
