How do you tell a person they are acting different?

I have a friend tHAT ACTS NORMAL AROUND ME BUT DIFFERENT AROUND OTHER POEPLE.

Well that could just mean that they're more comfortable around you then they are around the other people, I wouldn't really worry about it.
