A "threatened miscarriage" is not a complete miscarriage - lie down as much as possible, don't lift anything heavy, and call your doctor back for his or her instructions!!
If the miscarriage follows through...ask your doctor how long before you can try to conceive again. I had a miscarriage in October and was told I could start trying again the very next month, although I did take a month off just to start healing emotionally. Having a miscarriage does not increase the chances of your having a second one.
Best of luck to you - I do hope everything is okay.

If the doctor said you had a threatened miscarriage, then you did not miscarry yet. You're just bleeding. The doctors have to call it that on their paperwork. Lie down with your feet up and relax. I had a threatened miscarriage with both of my pregnancies. I have a beautiful 2 year-old girl and a gorgeous 2 month-old son.
Call your doctor for an explanation.

Threatening miscarriage, means that you are in danger of having a miscarriage. If you happen to miscarry, try to wait at least 3 months to try again...perhaps 6, depending on how far along you were when you miscarried. You don't HAVE to wait that long, but building up your body again will make the pregnancy easier on you and will increase your chances of carrying to term this time.

If it has not been confirmed then you still have a chance. I was spotting early in my pregnancy and now I am 30wks along. Stay calm and try to stay off of your feet. Are they doing blood work on you? Good luck. Check the webpage.

you can try again as long as you have been cleared by a doctor. no need to wait a certain amount of time. you never know what the chances are.

chances are good that you can conceive again soon, after a miscarriage you will be more fertile than any other time. No one can really know if you will miscarry again- just pray. Good Luck.

I would give your body a break and not try again until after your next period. So 2 months?

One will do. If you want another, you can proceed and can venture thro' cissarean during pregnancy.
