I would send Cena and Orton and the others to a training camp to have them learn more moves. I would have Cena be a heel. I would have Cena Vs Orton for the US title and have Orton win it fisrt.

if i owned raw smackdown and ecw this is what i would do.
Raw
stop using cena so damn much, Give the other people in the back a chance on raw i would use guys that have not been on raw in months a few weeks in a row give them a huge push
i would also make cena lose his tittle i am so sick of seeing him with it i would give guys like jeff hardy edge and maybe even kenny a huge push
smackdown
first thing i would fire king booker! i hate him so much.,
I would aslo go to ohio and get some more main eventers for smackdown that is what there problem is no real good main eventers
ecw
god i think i would pull the plug if my ideas did not work
i would go and make it like the old ecw get rid of shannon moore , matt striker, hardcore holly send them to smackdown because they are not extreme.
I would make a deal with tna to get team 3 d, rhyno and raven for john cena lol.
i would also make ecw like old school ecw flamming tables barb wire table matches and than see if the ratings pick up.

I would mandate steroids testing for all "athletes".
After about three months of that, when all the "athletes" were kicked out for breaking the drugs policy, I would have contests were the fans could apply to become WWE wrestlers. All they would have to do is send in a video of themselves displaying their ability. Then all the fans could kick back and watch their peers compete in the WWE! Then I would sell the audition videos on TV like those girls gone wild videos. Cause what could be more entertaining than a bunch of wrestling fans hurting themseves on purpose in an attempt to get on national TV wearing tights doing the equivilant of choreographed dance. Lame.

i would sign aj styles fron TNA and have him feud with jeff hardy
(ladder matches ,tlc) bring back the dudleys to strengthen the tag team division. cena needs to lose the title against edge or umaga.
strengthen DX my adding the hardyz( when triiple h comes back) and bring back the corpration.

Make wrestling real. More hotter divas. Fire superstars the fans hate. There will never be a match with dqs and countouts. Everything is uncensored, and i would create more matches.

They should invest in a time machine and go back to the days of bret hart, the ultimate warrior, etc., or when wrestling was exciting to watch.

I'd do whatever I could to call it World Wrestling FEDERATION. In my opinion, calling World Wrestling Entertainment makes it way too obvious that wrestling is fake, and that their own company admits it. Whatever happened to "kayfabe"? I'd also make ECW what it was meant to be...EXTREME!

wow, I could go all day on this question - but the ONE thing I can think of right at the top of my head is get rid of all the bimbos on all shows and hire talented women wrestlers.

get rid of scripts & storylines & just let them beat eachother up. Every ECW match would be extreme rules & if you interrupted extrme expose, you'd get fired. Fire a bunch of deadweights
