Gee, i wonder why? It's perverted and you're just abusing the beauty of a woman. I don't know who would do such a stupid thing like that. Do you really think girls like it? I don't think so.

I think it's to check the seams of the nylons. That is fairly obsolete now with seamless pantyhose, but some fashions dictate pantyhose with the seam running along the back. It's very easy to twist nylons when putting it on.
I wore tights for a show. I got to enjoy the pain of keeping seams straight when putting them on.
There's your nonperverted answer. I see where some of these minds are laying.
