Man this one is a bit harder. Wang is going to get 15+ wins every season with a great ERA and a great whip... Problem thou is he will have almost no SO's which are a killer. But Scott has more talent. The guy will have nearly the same era and whip will get 12-14 wins a season (if he gets traded this number will sky rocket up) and will get a lot of strike outs. Go With Kazmir for your keeper even thou he is on the worst team in baseball

I can't believe this is even a question!!! Kazmir is a long-term keeper for fantasy baseball. Wang is good, but Kazmir is great. Granted, Wang will get a lot of run support but in a keeper league setting the two most important factors are age combined with ability/potential. Kazmir is younger and has huge potential.

Definitely Kazmir. Wang is better at the moment, but you should not let Kazmir leave your hands. Kazmir will be the best left-hand pitcher in a matter of a few years, and he already is a great pitcher statistic-wise. Plus, the Rays have to win sooner or later.

Kazmir is the better keeper. Wang will get a lot of wins on the Yankees, but his other stats are not that good. His biggest fantasy problem is that he never gets a lot of strike outs. Kazmir is a dominant lefty that gets a lot of Ks. He'll definitely not get as many wins as Wang, but his other stats will be better across the board.

Well Wang will generate wins based on run support, but little else in terms of fantasy value. His K total is low due to the fact that he's primarily a ground ball pitcher. Kazmir, on the other hand has a ton of K's but will get hurt by losing out on wins later in the game (due to a crappy TB Bullpen). He could be valuable if he is traded to another team, but that's highly unlikely.
I guess I'd go with Kazmir, because its harder to find a good strikeout pitcher than someone who is going to average 13-14 wins a season....

Kazmir is considerably better in 3 categories (ERA, WHIP and Ks). Wang will get a lot of cheap wins on the Yankees, but his other stats are less than stellar.
